Section 02 ENGINE
Subsection 07 (PTO HOUSING AND MAGNETO)
WARNING
Always disconnect battery cables exactly in
the specified order, BLACK negative cable
first.
2. Remove the moving deck and deck extension.
Refer to
BODY
subsection.
3. Drain the engine oil. Refer to
LUBRICATION
SYSTEM
subsection.
4. Remove the cylinder head cover. Refer to
CYLINDER HEAD
subsection.
5. Using
SUCTION PUMP (P/N 529 035 880), insert
the tube in the lower area of the timing chain.
Syphon remaining oil.
