Middle control knob: (right) 1000 W
Bottom control knob: (left) 700 W
Turn the desire control knob to chose temperature setting, the
knob is marked 1-5 grade means the temperature is from low to
high.
Place a pot or pan onto the desired hotplate and start cooking.
Do not leave the element “ON” without any pot or pan on the hot-
plate. This will damage the hotplate and cause excessive heat.
When turning the control knob to low or high, this will adjust the
hotplate temperature.
It is possible to operate both hotplates and oven at the same
time.
ATTENTION: We advise that you only use 1 hotplate or oven at one
time to avoid your house circuit breaker becoming overloaded.
To grill, bake or a combination of both is controlled by the bottom
control knob, which is marked 1-5 grade means the temperature
is from low to high.
Turn the desired switch “ON” (Grill switch or bake switch), or turn
both grill and bake switches on. The temperature in the oven will
circle once turning on the control switch.
ATTENTION: If the control knob is pointed to “0” (OFF), it indicates the
grill or bake switch is switched off. Select the temperature setting
first, and then choose desired roast style.
Before putting food in the oven, oil the grill.
Place the tray under the grill to avoid oil dropping inside the
oven.
If the food is oily such as roast chicken etc, use two pieces alumi-
num foils, put one piece on the tray and use another one to cover
the food. This will avoid oil splashing during operation.
