Assembly

Step 1

1. Attach the Rear Frame Assy (#1) to the Lower Connector Assy (#4) using:

two M10*80 SHCS (#29) four Φ11*Φ23*2 Flat Washer (#31)

two M10 Nylon lock Nut (#33)

2. Attach the Upper Connector (#5) to the Rear Frame Assy (#1) using:

two M10*80 SHCS (#29) four Φ11*Φ23*2 Flat Washer (#31)

two M10 Nylon lock Nut (#33)

3. Attach the Slider Assy (#7) to the Upper Connector (#5) using:

one BHCS M8*25 (#24) one T Screw (#12)

one Locking Pin (#14)

4. Attach the Upper Connector (#5) to the Front Frame (#2) using:

two M10*20 SHCS (#26) two Φ11*Φ23*2 Flat Washer (#31)

5. Attach the Front Frame (#2) to the Lower Connector Assy (#4) using:

two M10*105 SHCS (#30) four Φ11*Φ23*2 Flat Washer (#31)

two M10 Nylon lock Nut (#33)

NOTE: Wrench Tighten bolts and Nylon Lock Nuts.
