Step

1. Attach the Lat Bar (#9) to the Lat Top Cross Brace (#10) using:

two M12*30 SHCS (#27) two M12*100 SHCS (#28)

six Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#32) two M12 Nylon Lock nut (#33)

2. Attach the Rubber Band Rack (#14) to the Base Frame (#1) and Top Cross

Brace 2 (#11) using:

eight M12*100 SHCS (#28) sixteen Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#32)

eight M12 Nylon Lock nut (#33)

3. Attach the Weight Plate Storage (#6) to the Rear Upright Frame (#5) using:

twenty M12*100 SHCS (#28) forty Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#32)

twenty M12 Nylon Lock nut (#33)
