CH TROPEA E AND CH MARATEA E MODELS
FASTENING THE HOOD TO THE WALL
1) Position the template (fig. 2) and drill the two ø 8mm
upper and two ø 8mm lower holes.
2) Place the four ø 8mm rawlplugs in the relative holes.
3) Insert two screws in the lower holes without screwing
them in fully.
4) Mount the two brackets as illustrated in fig. 6
5) Position the base section with the two lower screws
through the slots and secure it using the screws and
washers in the lower holes
6) Make sure the two base section fastening screws “X”
are not screwed in fully (fig. 6).
HOOD ASSEMBLY - VENTLESS INSTALLATION
Once you have the relevant assembly kit, proceed as
follows (Fig. 4):
1) Fasten the filtering connector “D” to bracket “E”;
2) Apply the ring “F” onto the filtering connector “D”;
3) Apply a flexible pipe from the ring “A” to the connector
“F” and secure it with clamps;
4) Open the grids;
5) Position the filter “C” using the knobs “B” (Fig. 3);
6) Reposition the grids;
FLUE ASSEMBLY
1) Fasten bracket “E” (fig. 4) at the highest point on the
wall by the ceiling, at a right angle to the hood outlet
opening, using the two Ø 8 mm screws and rawlplugs
provided with the appliance;
2) Thread the flue units into one another and secure the
top end using the two screws “P” (fig. 4);
3) Lower the unit into the base section (fig. 4);
4) Using a screwdriver, raise the tab inside the base
section, to ensure the flue adheres to the base section
(fig. 7);
5) Position the controls box and tighten the two fastening
screws without screwing them in fully (fig. 8S);
6) Thread the shaped border along the perimeter of the
base section (fig. 5);
7) Secure the glass canopy in place using four M6x20
screws, without screwing them in fully (fig. 3);
8) Fasten the two base section fastening screws (fig. 8T).
REPLACING THE LAMPS
- Unplug the appliance from the electrical power sup-
ply;
- Unscrew the chrome-plated diffusor rings.
- Replace the faulty lamps, using only 20 W (max) halo-
gen lamps;
- Remount the chrome-plated diffuser rings.

FIJACIÓN DE LA CAMPANA A LA PARED
1) Coloque el patrón fig2 y realice 2 orificios de ø8mm
superiores y 2 orificios de ø8 mm inferiores.
2) Introduzca 4 espigas de ø 8 en los correspondientes
orificios.
3) Introduzca los dos tornillos en los orificios inferiores
sin atornillarlos completamente
4) Monte las dos abrazaderas como se muestra en la
fig6
5) Coloque el armazón con las ranuras en los 2 tornillos
inferiores y fíjelo con los tornillos y arandelas en los
orificios superiores
6) Verifique que los dos tornillos de fijación del armazón
“X”no estén apretados fig6
MONTAJE DE LA CAMPANA EN LA VERSIÓN FILTRANTE
Después de haber conseguido el equipo de montaje,
proceda del siguiente modo Fig.4
1) Fije a la abrazadera “E” la unión filtrante “D”
2) Introduzca el anillo “F” en la unión filtrante “D”
3) Introduzca una tubería flexible desde el anillo “A” has-
ta la unión “F” y fíjela con abrazaderas de manguera.
4) Abra las rejillas
5) Introduzca el filtro “C” utilizando las perillas “B” Fig.3
6) Vuelva a colocar las rejillas
MONTAJE DE LA CHIMENEA
1) Fije la abrazadera “E” fig4 en la parte más alta adya-
cente al techo, en la perpendicular del orificio de sa-
lida de la campana por medio de los dos tornillos de
ø8 suministrados con el equipo.
2) Introduzca las chimeneas una dentro de la otra, fi-
jando la chimena superior con los dos tornillos “P” fig4
3) Baje la chimenea inferior e introdúzcala en el arma-
zón fig4.
4) Utilizando un destornillador levante la lengüeta que
se encuentra en el interior del armazón para hacer
adherir la chimenea a la envuelta fig7
5) Coloque la caja de mandos y apriete los dos tornillos
de fijación sin hacerlo a fondo fig8.S
6) Introduzca el perfil moldurado en el borde del arma-
zón fig5
7) Bloquee el cristal con 4 tornillos M6x20 sin apretar a
fondo fig3
8) Apriete los dos tornillos de fijación del armazón fig8.T
SUSTITUCIÓN DE LÁMPARAS
- Desconectar el aparato de la red eléctrica
- Extraer, desatornillando, las virolas cromadas
- Sustituir las lámparas dañadas utilizando exclusiva-
mente lámparas halógenas de 20 W-máx.
- Montar nuevamente las virolas cromadas.
