3 Starting Up

Safety notes

Attention: It is essential to read chapter 1 “Important Information" at the

beginning of this manual before starting up.

1 Parent unit (receiver) 1 Baby unit (sender)

2 Mains adapter 1 Rechargeable battery pack 1 User guide

Parent unit

1 Remove the battery cover on the back of the

parent unit by applying pressure and sliding

it down. Insert the rechargeable battery,

connect the cable and close the cover

again.

2 Connect the power supply to the parent unit.

3 Connect the power supply to a mains power

socket. The red charging LED comes on.

4 If necessary press and hold the On/Off key

to switch on the parent unit.

Attention: Only use the power adapter plug supplied. Ensure access to the

power adapter plug is not obstructed by furniture or such.

Note: Before first use, or if it has been out of use for a long time, the parent unit

will need to be charged for 13 hours if you want to operate it without mains

adapter.
