To protect against unauthorized access and tampering of sensitive information (e.g.,
login passwords, registration information), you can encrypt the configuration files using
the Yealink Configuration Encryption Tool. AES keys must be 16 characters and the
supported characters are: 0 ~ 9, A ~ Z, a ~ z and the special characters # $ % * +, - . :
= ? @ [ ] ^ _ { } ~. For more information on how to encrypt the configuration files, refer

When configuring some particular features, you may need to upload resource files to IP
phones. Yealink provides some resource file templates for the particular features. Ask
the Yealink FAE or the distributor for the resource file templates or download them
online:

The following provides information on how to customize the resource files and specify
the access URL of the resource files.
