'Left & Right' stereo from a single speaker (figure 1): When sitting in the main
listening area, sound should be spacious and clear.
Multi-speaker Distributed multi-speaker 'Left & Right' stereo from a single speaker
(figure 3): Walk around your entire area. Adjust position of speakers for uniform
sound coverage.
Two speaker traditional 2-channel stereo (figure 2) and distributed multi-
speaker traditional 2-channel stereo (figure 4): When sitting in the main listening
area, sound should be spacious and clear. Fine-tune placement to achieve optimal
imaging. This may involve moving speakers a small amount in one direction or the
other, or turning speakers slightly to point toward the listening area.
If a speaker is not working correctly, refer to the “Troubleshooting” on page 10 of this
manual, otherwise finalize connections.
NOTE: Connect wires with wire nuts (not included) following wire nut manufacturer’s
instructions. Fill nuts with waterproof silicone sealant (not included) to prevent
deterioration over time do this only after testing speaker placement.
Connecting 2-Channels of Amplification (Left & Right) to a Single Speaker (figure 5)
In this connection method, 2-channels of amplification (left-channel and right-channel)
are attached to a single speaker to achieve stereo sound.
1. Connect one speaker channel at a time to your receiver/amplifier. Connect the
right (+) amplifier terminal to the right red (+) speaker input wire and the right (–)
amplifier terminal to the right black (–) speaker input wire.
2. Connect the left (+) amplifier terminal to the left red (+) speaker input wire and the
left (–) amplifier terminal to the left black (–) speaker input wire.
