UINT32 MX_DI_CntOverflow_Get(UINT32 slot, UINT32 start, UINT32 count, UINT32 *buf);

Read counter overflow flags of appointed DI channels. These counter overflow flags will be written to the buf

parameter.

Write a given DI channel mode. The channel mode will be changed according to the buf parameter.

filter is 1 (per 10 milliseconds).
