- The oscillation control bar 14 is next to the switch the oscillation mechanism can be activated by pushing the bar downward and the fan can be made to operate in a sta tionary position by gently pulling the knob to tilt the head of fan simply move the motor housing 8 up or down gently until the fan is positioned in the desired position a series of clicks will be heard this is normal after a period of use you may find that the motor housing 8 is loose and does not remain at your desired angle this can be easily rectified by using a philips head screwdriver to tighten adjust the screw below the swivel join 16 which connects to the motor housing 4
- To turn off the fan 1 for gentle quiet operation 2 for most normal use 3 when quick cooling and maximum air movement is desired 4
