Vitesse VS-252 [2/4] Chopper cover

Safety protection: The motor is equipped with protective setting, which will

turn off the unit automatically while overloading and re-operate it after

cooling.

Instruction for use of Chopper

1. Connect the container to the base and turn it tight clockwise.

2. Put the chopping blade onto the driving connector in the container.

3. Put the meat (cut into small piece with 10mm thickness, without bone and

muscles) or vegetable (cut into small cubes with 20-30mm) into the

container (the quality of food should not be more than 150g) and then

close the cover and tighten it clockwise.

4. Turn on the unit and on/off the Manual button repeatedly.

5. When the food has been cut into desired pieces, turn off the unit. After

the motor stops running, remove the container.

Note: Water is forbidden in the container while chopping.

Cleaning

1. The appliance is easier to clean if you do so immediately after use.

2. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, scourers, acetone, alcohol etc. to

clean the appliance.

3. Clean these parts with the cleaning brush in warm water with some

washing-up liquid and rinse them under the tap.

10. The water temperature should not be over 60 degrees Celsius when

cleaning the unit.

11. Do not run this unit long-time, otherwise the inner parts will be damaged.

12. When the motor is running, do not insert your finger or other objects into

the machine and container.

13. The instructions for food processors and blenders shall warn of potential

injury from misuse. they shall state that care shall be taken when handing

the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

14. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing

accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

15. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the

cup and during cleaning.

16. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,

its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
