Î Switch off the button for brush opera-
tions and suction turbine
Î Release the lock screw for the contain-
er and open the container.
Î Clamp off the minus pole of the battery.
Î Clamp off the remaining cables from the
battery.
Î Remove the batteries.
Î Dispose of the used batteries according
to the local provisions.
Caution
Risk of damage. Raise the vacuum bar be-
fore reversing.
Note
The appliance is designed and built in such
a way that the brush head is projecting to-
wards the right. This enables working in a
comfortable way close to the edges.
Caution
Risk of damage. Only use the recommend-
ed detergents. With respect to different de-
tergents the operator bears the increased
risk regarding the operational safety, acci-
dent risk and reduced product life of the ap-
pliance. Only use detergents that are free
from solvents, hydrochloric acid and hy-
drofluoric acid.
Follow the safety instructions for using de-
tergents.
Note
Do not use highly foaming detergents. Ob-
serve the dosing notes.
Î Open the cover of the fresh water reser-
voir.
Î Fill in fresh water (maximum 60 °C).
Î Add detergent. Follow dosing instruc-
tions for detergent.
Recommended detergents:
Detergents are available in specialised
stores.
Î Close the cover of the dirt water reser-
voir.
Î Raise the device slightly at the handle.
Î Pull out the lock.
Î Tilt the chassis to the desired position.
Î Put the lock.
Î Tilt the chassis downward and lock it.
Î Push the machine to the place where it
is to be used.
