1.Switch the bunny’s power off and connect it to your computer with the mini USB cable;
2.Double click "My Computer" and find the "USB Drive";
3.Right click on the “USB Drive” and click “Format” in the pop-up menu and choose “FAT 32”
as the file system in the pop-up window, then click ‘OK’;
4.Once completed create three folders on the USB drive named exactly as “STORY”, “MUSIC”,
and “CUSTOM”.
CAUTIONS
*All content will be deleted after formatting, please back up the files first if necessary.
1. Cannot switch power on?
• Check and make sure it is not out of power
• Connect to computer and check if there are
unsupported files on the Micro SD card;
3. In what order are the content files played?
• The content files are played in the same
order as they were copied onto the Micro
SD card. If you wish your content to be
played in certain order please copy them
onto the memory card one after another.
5.Cannot play recorded voices?
• Connect to computer and check whether
there are files in the “VOICE” folder;
• Check if the files in “VOICE” folder are in
supported format (.wav).
2. Cannot recharge?
• Make sure the power is switched off.
• Check the USB cable and port, make
sure there are no physical damages;
4. No sound when power is on?
• Adjust the volume tuner (the tail);
• Check if the files on the Micro SD card
are in supported format;
• Make sure there are three folders on the
Micro SD card named exactly as “MUSIC”,
“STORY”, and “CUSTOM”.
6. Cannot copy files on to the Micro SD card?
• Make sure the Micro SD card is formatted
in FAT32 and properly fitted in the card slot;
