Troubleshooting

Water leaks from the loading door

• Lint has accumulated on the inner surfaces of the loading door and on the surfaces of the loading door

gasket. >>> Clean the inner surfaces of the loading door and the surfaces of the loading door gasket.

Loading door opens spontaneously.

• The loading door might not be closed securely. >>> Push the loading door to close until you hear a locking

sound.

Water Tank warning symbol is on/flashing.

• Water tank may be full. >>> Drain the water tank.

• Water draining hose might be bent. >>> If the product is connected directly to a wastewater drain, check the

water drain hose.

Condenser cleaning warning symbol is flashing.

• Condenser might have not been cleaned. >>> Clean the Condenser.

consult your dealer or the Authorized Service Agent. Never try to repair a nonfunctional product yourself.
