need recharging If no sound is heard or there is noise in the playback please check whether the input device e g Computer player device connected to line in and the audio file are in good condition or not also check whether the correct input is selected remember to turn down volume before switching input USB audio decoding not working please check whether FiiO USB DAC E17K is selected as the output device in the audio player system control panel Without official drivers installed only 16bit audio input is supported Please install official USB drivers for up to 32bit audio input support After the E17K has been connected to a computer for the first time if it is shown as a USB Audio Device rather than USB DAC E17 this may be corrected by going to Control Panel Hardware and Sound Device Manager Right click the USB Audio Device and select Uninstall click OK to confirm then unplug and replug the E17K s USB cable to reinstall the device Other sound artifacts may be caused by a bad connection at the headphone output port or the AUX input port Please unplug and replug the cable s and try again If problems persist try wiping the headphones or cables plugs with a piece of tissue or contact
