CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY SERVICE
The warranty period is 12 months after the
purchase of the product by the customer.
During a warranty period the Manufacturer
is obliged to carry out free repairs or
exchange of a product if its malfunction
occurred through manufacturer’s fault.
This warranty is valid upon presentment
of faulty product together with a correctly
filled in warranty certificate.
The seller has the right to refuse warranty
service in the following cases:
• if a warranty certificate is absent or if the warranty
card is filled in incompletely, incorrectly or by an
illegible handwriting;
• malfunction of a product is a result of breach of
safety rules or negligent attitude;
• the damages are caused by improper service;
• the product received mechanical damage as a result
of a blow or drop or usage of excessive force;
• the damages are caused by excessive load;
• the damages are caused by changes made to
construction of a product;
• rubber and air-inflated parts of products are
mechanically damaged;
• in case of tear wear of parts with limited service life;
• normal fading;
• maintenance service during warranty period was
carried out by an unauthorized person;
• the damages are caused by impact of natural
disasters, natural factors.
The warranty obligations do not apply to:
• all elements made from cloth and oilcloth;
• shopping baskets;
• zippers and rivets;
• raincoats;
• mosquito screens;
• bags and bindings for them;
• wheels swing lock;
• hinged handle units.
• When you buy a product
demand checking it in your
presence and filling in of
a warranty certificate, make
sure the good is sold to you
without defects.
• Without presenting of
this coupon or in case of
its improper filling in (no date
of sale, product name, seller’s
seal, customer’s signature)
the complaints on the product
quality are not accepted nor
are warranty repairs
carried out.
• Free shipping of a faulty
product to the service
department or technical
specialist house-call
are not included into
the warranty obligations.
• Only clean products
are accepted for warranty
repairs.
• The repair time depends
on complexity and availability
of spare parts and can
last from 7 to 30 days.
