IMESA ES
IMESA tumble dryers are the ideal answer to the laundry needs
of hotels, restaurants, hospital laundries, retirement homes,
industrial laundries, Coin op laundries, …
Designing the ES tumble dryers, the IMESA R & D department
paid a lot of attention to energy saving, ecology, easy
maintenance and, of course, to operator safety. The reduced
dimensions make this tumble dryer easy to be transported and
installed in already existing laundries.
Thanks to the new generation microprocessor all the laundry
costs can be kept continually under control, this means that
laundry management has never be so easy!

Full customer satisfaction
ES tumble dryers ensure excellent results. Available in
several heating versions (electric, gas and steam), IMESA drying
is optimal and utility costs are reduced due to the special heated
air directing system.
With the reversing drum option, the best ironing uniformity and
quality is guaranteed also for big size linen: reverse tumbling
prevents the linen from a “ball up” which would cause, at the
end of the cycle, an uneven mix where some linen is dry and
some is still wet.
With the two optional functions DSC and FSC, the laundry
professionals can modify the drum speed and the fan speed
independently to obtain the best drying results!
The “no wrinkle system” at the end of the cycle will make the
nishing operation easier. When the dryer cycle ends, the
drum will continue to rotate in one direction, and in the opposite
one, with regular pauses thus avoiding wrinkles.
M 7 microprocessor:

Developed to make the dryer use and
maintenance easier as well as cost
control, the IM7 microprocessor is
extremely exible and intuitive.
COMUNICATION NO PROBLEM
IMESA knocks down comunication
barriers; IM7 microprocessor can
speak more languages. The keypad
is using only symbols so it is easily
understood.
SAVE IN MAINTENANCE
An easy maintenance means a reduction
of costs. All the displayed alarms are
saved in the microprocessor memory
and can be easily retrieved in case
of service. Thanks to the HELP Area,
instruction to most common problem
resolution can be read directly on
tumble dryer display. A quicker and
correct diagnosis will help to solve
the machine stops in the shortest
possible time!
REDUCING MANAGEMENT COSTS
Thanks to the Power Control function
the electric heating tumble dryer can
work on different power level: basing
on the available power the user will
choose the appropriate level. The
consumed energy can be controlled
at display (this function is available in
all heating version).
Electric loading can be controlled
directly from keypad.
DRYING PROGRAM
Each fabric needs parameters in the
drying phase. Drying program may
differ by temperature, time, drum
speed, suction speed, no wrinkle
parameter, etc. The IM7
microprocessor allows for up to 30
different programs which can be
modied by the user following its
needs. Each program is named
and can be recalled each time it is
needed. In this way the drying result
will be always of high quality,
damages on linen will be avoided and
cycle setting time will be saved.

EASE OF LOADING AND
UNLOADING:
Door width and its position makes it
easy to load and unload the linen.
The door can be opened at 180°, so
that user operation is not disturbed.
To make the line process easier,
the dryer is available also with left
opening (under request).
SAFETY:
A safety device stops the tumble dryer
if the door is opened while the dryer
is working.
LOW NOISE:
To make the laundry a nice and not
noisy room, the IMESA tumble dryers
have been studied to maintain a noise
level below 70dB (A).
Electric heating:
thanks to the microprocessor, which
allows the power level control, the
electric heated dryer can work at
full power or partial power reducing
power consumption.
Steam heating:
Thanks to the damper system, heat
is immediately available. With this
system problems due to water
hammering are avoided: IMESA dryer
is studied to last!
Gas heating:
IMESA tumble dryers can works with
all types of gas and are equipped
with electronic ignition plug and ame
control.
GOST CERTIFICATION:
IMESA tumble dryers are meeting
Russian Federation product standards.
All IMESA gas heated dryers are certied
