2013 Europe Price List

European Master Distributor

• 1. Minimum order : 300 e net. Under this amount administration fees of 30 e will be added per order.

• 2. Prices : all prices are subject to change with a 30 days notice. Prices do not include VAT and duties. Prices will be those

in effect at the time of shipment. Prices are listed ex works Bouilly France.

• 3. Shipping : pricing is listed ex works Bouilly France. For any order, either you can organize your pick up, either you can

communicate your account number from carrier such as UPS, FedEx…. To be used, either Catequip can offer to quote you

delivery. No delivery will be covered by Prince Castle, neither Catequip, whatever is the total net value of the order.

• 4. Returns : no merchandise may be returned without the written authorization on from PRINCE CASTLE or CATEQUIP. Any

such merchandise must be sent back freight prepaid by the customer and is subject to a 25 % restocking charge. Returns

must be made within 30 days from the date of the original shipment and goods must be returned in the original shipping

cartons. Credit will be issued after merchandise inspection, on the base of the original shipment net prices with deduction

of the restocking charge.

• 5. Damaged Merchandise : according to our sales conditions, PRINCE CASTLE / CATEQUIP responsibility ceases with

acceptance of the merchandise by carriers, ex-works Bouilly, France.

• 6. Backorders : no backorder will be cancelled by PRINCE CASTLE / CATEQUIP unless speciﬁed by customer. Backorders

freight will be charged only for the non-inventoried products.

• 7. Air Freight : stock in France is based on sales history out of France and on forecast received from you. Containers are

organized monthly from Prince Castle factories to France. In case of too long delivery time, it is possible to organize air freight

from Prince Castle factories (USA or China) to France. Air freight amounts are at customer charge and will be invoiced at

20% of net value of products, with a minimum amount of 100 e per air freight ; or quote will be sent by Catequip for any

speciﬁc request.
