Il grosso investimento di sviluppo del concept-design di una
macchina Rancilio ha sempre portato alla decisione di proporre
il prodotto in una unica veste cromatica.
Classe 11 però ha rotto anche questo tabù e per un motivo
piuttosto semplice: quando in fase di test sono state proposte le 3
cromie differenti (Midnight Blue - Frozen Bronze - White Pearl)
ci si è resi conto che tutte le proposte sembravano essere l’ideale
per Classe 11.
Il tipo di verniciatura utilizzata per il Midnight Blue e il White
Pearl è tipica del mondo automotive e prevede l’applicazione
di due mani di fondo, con stuccatura e levigatura di eventuali
imperfezioni superciali. Inne si procede alla verniciatura
con smalto acrilico lucido e all’applicazione di due mani di
trasparente acrilico catalizzato lucido.
A conclusione del processo si effettua una lucidatura
artigianale di tutte le superci a vista per eliminare ogni piccola
imperfezione.
La grande personalità di Classe 11 la rende la compagna ideale
di diverse tipologie di bar e ristoranti. Tre tipologie cromatiche
differenti la rendono adattabile ad ogni stile di concept design.
COLORI
The major investment made in developing the concept and design of
any Rancilio machine has always led to a decision to offer the product
in a single colour.
Classe 11 has broken with this tradition as well, for quite a simple
reason: when the 3 different colour options (Midnight Blue - Frozen
Bronze - Pearl White) were put forward during the design phase, we
realised that all the options seemed ideal for Classe 11.
The type of paint used for the Midnight Blue and Pearl White is
typical of the automotive world and requires two coats of primer, lling
and sanding of any surface imperfections and nally painting with a
glossy acrylic enamel and two coats of a clear glossy acrylic sealer.
Once the process is complete, all the surfaces are polished by hand to
eliminate any slight imperfection.
The great personality of Classe 11 makes it the ideal companion for
many different kinds of bars and restaurants. The three colour options
make it adaptable to any concept design style.
