Battery compartment for 9 volt (006P) battery ( not
included) for temporary time storage.
POWER SUPPLY
1. Plug the AC POWER CORD to the household out
let. Make sure the voltage is correct for safety
purpose and prevent plausible damages to the
set.
2. Install one alkaline “9 volt” size battery (not
included) in the battery compartment. The clock
and alarm memory will be retained during a
power interruption. During battery backup oper
ation, the display will not light up, but the correct
time will be maintained internally. For longer

- Sleep timer this clock radio is equipped with a sleep timer function which will switch off the radio automati cally after a preselected period from 1 hour 59 minute to 01 minute make sure the on off auto switch is not in the on position otherwise the clock radio will not turn off after the sleep period expires 1 press the sleep button once to have the radio play for 59 minutes before automatically shut ting off to cancel the sleep timer before the sleep time expires press the snooze button 4

- Care and maintenance use a soft clean cloth moistened with plain luke warm water to clean the exterior of the unit never use solvents such as benzene or other strong chemical cleaners since these could damage the unit s finish it is important that no liquid reaches the inside of the unit 5
- Care the cabinet can be dusted with soft cloth or if nec essary cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with water the power plug should be disconnected before cleaning never use polish solvent abra sives or strong detergents on the cabinet since these can damage the finish 5
