Gazer F715 [10/48] Using the dash cam
Using the dash cam
You can use the dash cam for CCTV recording when the car is parked. For this
you need to set the dash cam on-time after the ignition is turned o in “Auto-o
time” setting. In this case, when ACC power is o (i.e. when the engine is turned
o) the dash cam will continue operating in the Time-Lapse mode (1 fps). “Car
battery protect” function – prevents your car’s battery from depletion. The dash
cam will shut down correctly if the battery voltage drops below the minimal value
set in this menu item.
Note: Please, consult with an authorized service station prior to
changing “Car battery protect” settings.
When ACC power is o, the dash cam can operate in two modes that can be
selected in the “Parking vibration” item of the menu.
1. Dash cam operation with Time-Lapse mode (“Auto-o time”) and
parkingmode(“Parkingvibration”)on.
When set up this way, after ACC power is turned o, the dash cam continues
recording for 1 hour (default setting) in Time-Lapse mode with recording speed
reduced to 1 frame per second to save space on the memory card. If the
G-sensor detects an impact, the dash cam will record a 2-minute long write-
protected video le at 30 frames per second.
2. Dashcamoperation with Time-Lapse mode(“Auto-o time”) on and
parkingmode(“Parkingvibration”)o.
When set up this way, after ACC power is turned o, the dash cam continues
recording for 1 hour (default setting) in Time-Lapse mode with recording speed is
reduced to 1 frame per second to save space on the memory card. In this mode,
the G-sensor will neither detect any impacts nor aect the recording mode.
