Instrument Description:
The Fluke 729 Automatic Pressure Controller is pressure/electrical
measurement/source instrument for process control. It measures
and records pressure, voltage, current, temperature, and other
readings from paired FC slaves.
Memory Description:
The Fluke 729 Automatic Pressure Controller has the following
memory on two Printed Circuit Assemblies:
Main PCA
- The 2M byte Flash Memory embedded in STM32F429 processor
is an electrically erasable and programmable memory that stores
instruction code for main microprocessor, the instruction code is
loaded at the factory or in Service and is not user accessible.
- The Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM)
provides 8M bytes of data storage for the instrument. This
includes operating memory for the microprocessor and temporary
storage of measurement data. The SDRAM is volatile memory
that clears when power is removed from the instrument.
- The 256k byte Flash Memory embedded in STM32F103
processor is an electrically erasable and programmable memory
that stores instruction code for EMM processor, and calibration
constants, the instruction code is loaded at the factory or in
Service and is not user accessible.
- The Ferroelectric Nonvolatile RAM (FRAM) provides 2k byte for
instrument setup, and is not user accessible.
- A Data Flash Memory provides 4M byte provides storage for
download/customer tasks, calibration results, and saved screens,
and can be cleared with the procedure below
- The 256k byte Flash Memory embedded in FTDI VNC2
