Replacement of battery

• Open the battery compartment cover and remove the safety lm

wrapped around batteries. Install 2 batteries of «ААА» type strictly ob-

serving the polarity (see. “Battery replacement” section), then close the

battery compartment cover.

• If the scale is not used for a long period of time, remove the batteries

from the battery compartment.

Warning! Treat the scale carefully as it is a measuring tool. Do not

drop the scale and do not exceed the scale’s maximum capacity

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners. Wipe the scale with a slightly

damp clothes.

Storage

• Store the scale horizontally in a cool place.

• Do not put anything on the scale when not in use.

• If the scale is not used for a long period of time, remove the batteries

from the battery compartment.

• Electrical equipment have to be stored in a dry place at ambient tem-

perature no higher than plus 40 °C with a relative humidity of 70%, and

the absence of dust, acid and other fumes in surrounding medium which

affect adversely the materials of the electrical devices.

Utilization

After the end of the service life do not discard the unit with household

waste. Hand it at an ofcial collection point for recycling. Doing it you will

help protect the environment.

The manufacturer preserves the right to change

the design and the specications of the unit without

a preliminary notication.

Unit operating life is 2 years
