Before rst use

• Removeallpackagingmaterials.

• Beforeusingforthersttimeremoveanyprotectivelmsorstickersfrom

thesoleplate(1).

• Cleanthesoleplate(1)withasoftcloth.

• Checkthatthevoltageindicatedontheappliancecorrespondstothemains

voltage.

• Eachtime beforeturning onor othe iron,set thetemperature controller

(2)to"0".

• Beforeironing,readtheironinginstructionsontheproductlabeltodetermine

theironingtemperature.

Using the appliance

• Alwayscheckgarmentlabelforironinginstructionsbeforeironinggarment.

• Iftheironinginstructionsaremissing,thenusetheinformationbelow:

*Chemicalbred/synthetic;

**Naturebred/silk/wool;

***Naturebred/cotton/linen.

Productswithdierenttypesofnishesarerecommendedtoirononlyatlow

temperatures-mode"*".

If the product consists of several types of fabric, choose the minimum

temperatureforthese components. If the productconsistsof60% polyester

and40%cottonforIroningmodeisselectedforsyntheticfabrics.

Ifyoudonot know the composition of the product, ndaplaceon it that is

invisiblewhenwornandtrytochoosetheappropriatetemperature.

Thismodelhasasoleplatewitha ceramiccoating thatprovidesexcellentslip

andprotectionofthefabricregardlessofitstypeandIroningtemperature.

Filling the water tank (3)

• Makesuretheapplianceisunpluggedbeforellingthewatertank.

• Switchothesteamsupplybysettingthesteamregulator(7)to"0".

• Liftthelidofthewatertank(5).

• UsingameasuringCup,gentlypourboiledordistilledwaterintothewater

tanktothemaximumlevel.

• Donotpourchemicallysoftenedwaterintothetankanddonotuseavoring

agents.

• Iftapwateristoohard,llonlywithdistilledordemineralizedwater.
