IMPORTANT SAFETY

RECOMMENDATION:

1. Read all instructions carefully.

2. Do not immerse appliance, cord or plug in

water or any other liquid.

3. Use it only with 220-240V/50Hz electrical

supply.

4. Unplug from power supply, when not in

use, before putting on or taking off parts,

and before cleaning.

5. Always switch mixer to “0“ before

removing the plug. Remove by grasping

the plug – do not pull the cord.

6. Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep

hands, hair, clothing, spatulas and other

utensils away from the beater during

operation.

7. Never use the unit with an extension cord,

when standing on a damp floor, or when

the unit or your hands are wet.

8. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of

a table or worktop, or touch hot surfaces.

9. Never operate the unit with a damaged

plug or cord, or after it has been damaged

or dropped.

10. Never twist, kink or wrap the cord around

the appliance as this may cause the cord

insulation to weaken and split, particularly

where it enters the unit.

11. Do not place unnecessary strain on the

motor by beating mixtures which do not

allow the beaters/dough hooks to revolve

freely.

12. This appliance is for household use only,

do not use outdoors.

13. Close supervision is necessary when any

appliance is used by or near children.

14. Do not probe openings of the unit.

15. No attempt should be made to repair the

mixer by unauthorized personnel.

16. This unit has been permanently lubricated

and requires no further oiling.

17. This appliance is not intended for use by

persons (including children) with reduced

physical, sensory or mental capabilities,

or lack of experience and knowledge,

unless they have been given supervision

or instruction concerning use of the

appliance by a person responsible for

their safety.

18. Children should be supervised to ensure

that they do not play with the appliance.

19. If the supply cord is damaged, it must

be replaced by manufacturer, its service

agent or similarly qualified persons in

order to avoid a hazard.

20. Do not use longer than 10 minutes.

Before using your appliance for the first

time, clean the various accessories of your

appliance carefully.

HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCE.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE MIXER WITH

BOWL

Insert beaters or dough hooks

Insert beaters or dough hooks into the correct

outlets and ensure the beaters or dough

hooks securely lock in right position.

Attention: please carefully check Fig. 2

and nd the dough hooks /beaters with gear

(indicated in red circle) must be lock in their

right position.

Connecting to mixer holder

• Place the front of mixer unit onto mixer

holder and then press the mixer unit

downwards to lock it onto the mixer holder

(Fig. 3)

• Check the mixer unit or mixer holder is

securely locked in position.

• Put some food (such as ours, eggs etc)

into plastic bowl and then you can insert

bowl cover into the mixer holder (shown

as Fig 4).

• Turn the 5-speed switch to position “0”

then you can connect plug to power

supply to use the mixer with bowl.

• You can use scraper to stir mixture food

to make it mix thoroughly while the mixer

is working, or if you nd some food is

twinning on the top of the dough hooks/

beaters during working, you can use

scraper to peel the food off. Care must be

taken while you use the scraper.

• After use, rstly you can take out the bowl

cover

Caution: Care must be taken while you

assembling the appliance, and don’t connect

plug to power supply and the switch must be

turned to position “0”.

MIXING

• Once the mixture is in the bowl, select

the speed required by moving the speed

selector with your thumb. The speed may

be changed at any time – even while the

mixer is operating.

• The driven bowl will rotate automatically

for hands-free operation.

• To ensure all ingredients are thoroughly

mixed, use a spatula to scrape the sides

of the mixing bowl.

• To prevent spattering, keep the beaters in

the mixture and always switch the mixer

off before lifting the beaters from the

mixture.

Important:

To avoid unnecessary strain on the motor,

do not use mixer for any mixture in which the

beaters/dough hooks do not revolve freely.

REMOVING THE BEATERS/DOUGH

HOOKS

Disconnect the unit from the power outlet.

Raise the mixer by pressing the tilt control

button.

Push the beater/dough hook ejector button

down fully with the thumb, unlocking and

ejecting both beaters/dough hooks.

MIXING GUIDE

SPEED DESCRIPTION

1 This is a good starting speed for

bulk and dry foods such as flour,

butter and potatoes.

2 Best speeds to start liquid

ingredients for mixing salad

dressings.

3 For mixing cakes and quick breads.

4 For creaming butter and sugar,

beating uncooked candy, desserts,

etc.

5 For beating eggs, cooked icings,

whipping potatoes, whipping cream,

etc.

Turbo Same speed “5”

CAUTION:

Care must be taken while you assembling

the appliance, and don’t connect the plug to

power supply and the switch must be turned

to position “0”
