THE CONTENT OF FAT IN THE BODY
The fat tissue is an essential component of the body. The fat plays very important and useful
roles in the body and is essential for its proper functioning. It lines the most important inner
organs, gives a feeling of satiety, provides a protective barrier against heat loss, supplies the
body with vitamins, and of course provides energy. It is not, therefore, intended to radically
reduce the body fat, but to achieve and maintain the balance between the amount of muscle
tissue and fat tissue.
