ENGLISH 19 To disconnect the appliance set the switch to the OFF position and then pull the plug from the outlet When disconnecting the kettle from the mains grasp the power plug Never pull on the power cord 20 The kettle shall be used only for the intended purpose which is heating or boiling of the water Never fill in the kettle with any other liquid 21 Ensure that the kettle is used on a firm and flat surface out of reach of children this will prevent the kettle from overturning and prevent damage or injury 22 The kettle is for indoor and household use only Do not use outdoors and for industrial purposes 23 Do not install the kettle in a humid place 24 Do not install the kettle in a niche of the kitchen furniture or in the built in cupboard 25 Do not operate the appliance without water in it It may cause the damage of the heat elements In case if the kettle has been switched on to the boiling mode without water the automatic protection against dry working will turn on and before pouring water into the kettle and trying to boil it again you should wait for 20 30 minutes to allow the heating element to cool down 26 While water is boiling or just after the water has been boiled avoid contact with steam from the lid 27 Always take care to pour boiling water slowly and carefully without tipping the kettle too fast 28 Be careful of refilling when the kettle is hot 29 Do not touch the hot surface Use the handle or the button 30 One must be extremely careful when moving an appliance containing hot water 31 Do not overfilled the kettle to avoid the spilling out of boiling water 32 Always make sure that the lid of the kettle is tightly closed and never lift it while water is boiling If you lift the lid during the warm up process you can get a burn from the escaping steam 33 Do not place the kettle on a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven or on the any other hot surface 34 If the device has been remained at the negative temperatures for a long time it is recommended to keep it at the room temperature for 2 hours before switching on 35 The device is not intended for using with an external timer or remote control 9
