Important safeguards

Power supply

Battery operation

· Open the battery compartment cover.

· Insert two AAA 1.5V batteries into the battery compartment. Please observe correct battery polarities or the set will not work.

· Close the battery compartment cover.

· When the battery is exhausted, it should be removed from the set to prevent leakage.

Radio operation

· Select your desired broadcasting band with Band switch.

· Rotate the Tuning control regulator and watch the Dial scale and dial pointer select the program which you want to receive.

· The Tuning Indicator will light up when the correct station is received and the station signal is sufficiently strong.

· Adjust the level of sound with Volume control regulator.

· To switch off the radio please turn the Volume control regulator to the minimum level until you hear the click.
