1-1 Software Requirement
• Client machine with 8GB RAM.
• If the client machine has 4GB RAM, there will be lag in Video/keyboard/mouse
functionality.
•
Supported Browsers
• Chrome latest version.
• IE 11 and above.
• Firefox (with limited support).
Note: It is advisable to use Chrome or IE for H5Viewer, since Firefox has its own
memory limitations
