• Combustible and flammable materials must be at least 1 meter away from the appliance.
Attention! Fire risk. Do not leave objects on the surface of the hob. Never attempt to put
out a fire/flames with water. Switch off the appliance and cover the flame with a lid or a
blanket made of fire-retardant material for example.

WARNING: Before it is cleaned or serviced, the appliance must be disconnected from
the electric power source and allowed to cool. Cleaning of the appliance should be carried
out on a regular basis.
To keep the enameled part shiny for as long as possible, the appliance must be cleaned each
time after using it.
Remove the grease residue with a sponge or damp cloth and warm soapy water after the
appliance has cooled down completely. Do not use abrasive wipes or sponges that may
scratch the enamel.
Attention! Never use abrasive tools. Do not clean with a jet of steam.
Often clean the burner flame spreader with boiling
water and detergent to remove any grease that may
block the flame exit.
Use slightly damp sponges and wipes to clean the hob.
Do not spray water on the oven or immerse the
appliance in water.
The grids on the hob can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
For persistent stains use normal non-abrasive
detergents, specific products commonly available on the market.
Do not use metal brushes and sponges with abrasive surfaces to avoid damage and
corrosion. Do not use solvents, toxic cleaning liquids.
Drying with a microfiber or soft cloth is preferred.
Periodically, or if the knobs become difficult to turn, contact a qualified engineer to lubricate
