7. Lift the kettle from the base rst for pouring water.

8. After use, the kettle may be left on the base; however power must be shut o for

safety.

Special safety instructions

• The kettle can only be used to boil water, never boil milk, soup, coer, tea or

cook other food with in it.

• The kettle can only be matched with our special power base.

• Water capacity should be neither lower than minimum water level nor higher

than maximum water level.

• Fit the kettle well on base before pressing “1” for boiling (Never press this button

if the kettle is empty).

• Someone should look after the kettle during operation, make sure to keep it

away from children to avoid scalds

• Do not open the lid during operation as hot steam may hurt the user.

• Keep children far away from boiling water.

• Do not press “0” button immediately after boiled.

• Never boil an empty kettle.

• Pull out the plug if no use.

• For safety, do not pull the plug with wet hand

Cleaning and maintenance

1. Before cleaning, shut o power rst, then lift the kettle from base and cool it

down, for safety, do not pull out the plug with wet hand.

2. Never disassembly the body or base by yourself.

3. Do not soak the kettle or base in water. Do not clean the kettle with high-

corrosive or polishing detergent.

4. Clean the body and base with wet cloth, clean the inside with water or some

detergent if required.

5. For best performance, check the lter regularly if there is any furring, if any, ush

it with water or eliminate it with soft brush (metal cleaner is forbidden).

6. Please refer to relevant operation instructions for furring removal.

Furring removal

1. Add some citric acid (usually 2 spoons) in water before boiling.

2. Close the lid, t the kettle on base and connect the power.

3. Press “1” to start boiling, when water begins to boil, the kettle will automatically

shut itself o. 30 minutes later, ush the kettle with clean water for several times.

4. If necessary, repeat the above steps for complete cleaning.
