3. BEFORE USE

Note: some parts of the steam iron have been slightly greased and as a result,

the iron may slightly smoke when switched on for the rst time. After a short

time, this will cease.

1. Take the product out of the box.

2. Remove any packaging materials, stickers or protective foil from the

soleplate.

3. Clean the soleplate with a soft cloth.

4. OPERATION

WATER TANK FILLING

1. Unplug the iron before lling the water tank.

2. Turn the temperature knob to de minimum position.

3. Remove the handle rubber lid and add water through the water-lling

opening.

DRY IRONING

1. Set the steam knob at the no-steam position ( ).

2. Select the appropriate temperature according to each clothes’ label.

STEAM IRONING

1. With the unit unplugged, ll the iron with water.

2. Connect the iron to the power supply and use the knob to select the

adequate voltage.

3. Set the temperature knob to the desired temperature and wait until the

indicator light turns off, indicating that the iron is ready for use.

4. Turn the steam knob to the steam position ( ).

5. When nished, turn the temperature knob anticlockwise to the minimum

position and unplug the appliance from the power supply.

WARNING:

• If the iron is operated before de indicator light turns off, the iron will

not have reached the correct temperature to vaporize and the soleplate

could leak.

• Synthetic fabric, nylon, synthetic silk and silk are not suitable to be
