Movie Recording and Playback

Follow the steps below to record and view movies.

Recording Movies

Press t to start recording.

•

A recording indicator (V) is dis-

played while recording is in prog-

ress.

•

The display shows the elapsed re-

cording time.

Press t again to end recording.

Recording ends automatically when the movie reaches

29minutes 59seconds or the memory card is full.

Use a memory card with a UHS speed class of 3 or better when record-

ing movies.

If you would prefer to make individual adjustments to settings such as

exposure and focus mode, rotate the mode dial to F(movie) and use

the shutter button to start and stop recording.
