. Open the cassette compartment by press-
ing the STOP/EJECT button.
2. Press the PLAY button and wipe the
pinch roller С.
. Press the PAUSE button and wipe the cap-
stan В.
. Wipe the magnetic heads А.
5. After cleaning press the STOP/EJECT button.
Note: You can clean the heads by playing back a
special cleaning cassette.
Playback of CD/MP3 discs
Your cassette recorder can playback the follow-
ing disc types: Audio CD, MP, CD-R, CD-RW.
This appliance does not play back PC discs,
СDi, VCD, DVD.
Note: Always close the discs slot lid to protect it
from dust. Always extract the disc from the slot if
it is not being played back
Note: This unit can playback most of the discs,
recorded in MP format, but there are cases,
when the disc is not played back due to settings
of the software used while recording the disc.
. Select the disc playback mode, by
setting the operating mode switch to the
corresponding position.
2. Open the disc slot by pressing the OPEN/
CLOSE button. Set the disc and close the
slot lid. Make sure that the disc is inserted
properly – with its label up.
. To playback press the ►║ button. To pause
the playback, press this button once again.
. To stop the playback, press the ■ button.
Note: CD/MP playback will stop while opening
the disc slot, while switching to the radio mode
or TAPE (OFF).
Selecting a track, moving to the next/previ-
ous track
While playback or stop the playback you can se-
lect the desired track using the or buttons.
To move to the next track press the button
once.
To move to the previous track press in the play-
back mode the button.
Fast rewind/fast forward
Press and hold the or buttons to fast for-
ward or rewind correspondingly, sound will be
reproduced brokenly.
Selecting a folder
To select a folder press and hold the +0/FOL+
or -0/FOL- buttons on the remote control for
more than seconds, folder numbers will be
successively displayed on the LCD-display:
F0→F02 etc. When the number of the desired
folder appears on the LCD-display, release the
button.
Different playback modes
Repeat a track or disc
. To repeat one track, press the REP/RAND
button once, the “REP” symbol will appear
on the LCD-display.
2. To repeat all tracks on the disc, press the
REP/RAND button twice, the “REP ALL”
symbol will appear on the LCD-display.
. To repeat a folder press the REP/RAND
button thrice.
. To random playback all tracks on the disc
press the REP/RAND button four times.
“RANDOM” will appear on the LCD-display.
5. To cancel press the REP/RAND button five
times, the symbols on the LCD-display will
go out.
Low frequency amplification
For low frequency amplification press the BASS
button, the corresponding indication will light
up. To switch off low frequency amplification
