Total calories burned/Time Display

Displays the total number of calories (Resting metabolism + Activity calories)

burned between midnight and the current time.

Activity calories/Fat burned Display

Displays the number of calories burned during physical activity, such as ofﬁ ce work,

between midnight and the current time, and the amount of fat burned.

Exercise steps

Displays the number of steps taken at 3 METs or more in one week and the weekly

Ex total.

METs (Metabolic equivalents)

Indicates the intensity of exercise as a ratio to the intensity used when

resting. On average, when sitting at rest we use 1 MET, when walking at

normal pace (4 km/h) we use 3 METs.

Trip steps

In addition to the normal step count, this displays the total number of steps and the

number of days. This can be reset at any time and is useful for counting the number

of steps for a certain distance or period.

About the battery energy saving function

In order to save battery energy, the display of the unit will be turned off if no

buttons are pressed for more than 5 minutes. However, the unit will continue

to monitor your step count.

Press V, O or W button to turn the display on again.
