ATTENTION!

Do not overload the machine operating at reduced speed. When reducing the frequency of

rotation of the rotor of the engine the cooling of the machine deteriorates.

Adjusting the amplitude of the pendulum stroke

Pendulum stroke is used to increase the speed of the saw and better sawdust emission when processing wood.

The magnitude of the amplitude of the pendulum stroke depends on the desired curvature of the cutting

line and the hardness of the material. When performing straight cut of softwood it is recommended to set the

maximum amplitude of the pendulum stroke (position "3" of the handle 8 (рiс. 1)). When performing shape cut it

is recommended to disable the pendulum function by turning the handle 8 (pic. 1) to the “0” position.

Before getting started, you must:

•

inspect the tool and make sure it is complete and there is no external damage;

•

make sure that the power switch is working correctly;

•

after transportation in winter conditions before switching on keep the machine at room temperature until the

condensate is completely dry.

Getting started, you must:

•

check the reliability of xation of saw blade in stock;

•

make sure that the power switch is in the "o" position, then connect the machine to the mains;

•

try out the jigsaw at idle (pay attention to the uniformity and straightness of the rod stroke with a saw).

To turn on the machine, press the switch key 5 (рiс. 1). If necessary, the power switch button 5 (pic. 1) can be

locked in the "on" position, to do this, while pressing 5, press 2 (рiс. 1) and the key will be xed. To turn o the

machine, press the button 5 again (рiс. 1).

Recommendation: Try the key lock mechanism before connecting the machine to the mains.

While working:

•

do not overload the machine, monitor the engine housing heating, take breaks in time.

•

do not allow mechanical damage, shock, falling of the tool on hard surfaces, etc .;

•

protect the machine from exposure to intense heat sources or chemically active substances, as well as from the

ingress of liquids and foreign solid objects inside the machine;

•

ensure ecient removal of processing products from the cutting zone, connect the vacuum cleaner to the

special connector 7 (рiс. 1) for cleaning the working surface and improving the quality of work;

•

do not block or obstruct the ventilation openings in the machine housing;

•

turn o the machine using the switch before connecting / disconnecting from the power supply.

At the end of the work:

•

do not touch the saw blade immediately after work. When working, the blade gets very hot and you can get

burned;

•

disconnect the tool from the mains, making sure the switch is in the “o” position;

•

clean the machine and accessories from dirt.

Recommendations for use

Before you start processing a piece, you must secure it, especially if it has a light weight.

ATTENTION!

To prevent le breakage and getting a quality cut choose a le so that at any position of the rod

it protruded from the material being cut at least 5 mm.

Plunge into the material smoothly, without excessive pressing the tool. Keep the jigsaw straight when cutting -

better with both hands on the handle and the housing, tightly pressing the base 13 to the surface of the material

being cut. Work evenly, without lateral eorts, jamming, warping in cutting and "removal" of the blade from the

selected trajectory of the cut.
