10. Fault diagnosis
The following simple checks may be performed by the operator:

socket outlet and circuit breaker
Machine stalls during operation
• Damaged brushes/ pads
• Replace brushes/ pads
Motor running, but brushes not
rotating
• Loose or broken drive belt
• Remove rotating dust cover and
fit new drive belt, or call Service
Agent
Machine vibrates
• Damaged or dirty brushes/
pads
• Unequal thickness of brushes/
pads
• Replace or clean brushes/ pads
• Replace with 3 brushes/ pads of
equal thickness
Cleaning solution not flowing
• Dirt in tank, outlet blocked
• Flow valve not open
• Flush out tank with clean water
• Check all valves are open
