Note
The figure shows the interior cleaners order
nos. 3.632-030 and 3.632-032. The interior
cleaners order nos. 3.632-035 and 3.632-
049 do not have a counterweight and no
protective cover.

Only for appliances order nos. 3.632-
030 and 3.632-032: Screw the counter-
weight onto the interior cleaner.
Screw cleaning head to the hose or the
frame (frames: see accessories).
The speed of the interior cleaner depends
on:
Spray pressure
Temperature
Regulator fluid
Note
A change of the regulator screw by 30 to
60° is usually enough to adjust the speed.
Small and slightly soiled containers are
usually cleaned with high speeds, large and
extremely soiled containers are cleaned us-
ing lower speeds.
A Regulator screw
Increasing the speed: Turn the regulator
screw in an anticlockwise direction.
Reducing speed: Turn the regulator
screw in a clockwise direction.
Adjusting the height of the cover:
Release fastening toggle.
Slide the cover on the pipe.
Tighten the fastening toggle.
Adjusting the height of the cover:
Loosen the fastening toggle for height
adjustment.
Slide the cover on the pipe.
Tighten the fastening toggle.
Tilt the interior cleaner:
Loosen the fastening toggle for tilting.
Set the inclination (±15°) of the interior
cleaner.
Tighten the fastening toggle.
Danger
Risk of injury on account of the escaping
water jet that could be hot!
Only use the interior cleaner in closed
containers.
Only insert the interior cleaner into a
container or switch it into another con-
tainer while the separate high pressure
pump is turned off.
Place interior cleaner onto container
and lock it.
Connect the high pressure pump to the
interior cleaner via a high pressure
hose.
Open the cleaning liquid supply.
Switch on the separate high pressure
pump.
Note
Flush/rinse the interior cleaner for 30 sec-
onds prior to shutting it off. This will avoid
crusting and adhesion and thus a prema-
ture wear of the seals.
Switch off the separate high pressure
pump.
Shut off the cleaning liquid supply.
Remove the interior cleaner from the
container.
The basis for a safe operational plant is reg-
ular maintenance.
Use only original parts of the manufacturer
or part suggessted by him, such as
replacement and wear parts

Risk of accident while working on the unit!
During all tasks:
Remove voltage from and secure high
pressure pump at the main switch.
Shut off the cleaning liquid supply.
Operator
Work designated with the sign “Opera-
tor” may only be carried out by persons
who have been instructed in the safe
operation and maintenance on the high
pressure plant.
