Inspecting the pumping unit (refer to the exploded drawing in Fig. 22)
Unscrew the 8 screws (item 1) on the head
body (item 2).
01 Pull the gasket supports (item 3) out with
the extractor.

Caution is needed when removing the
supports (items 3-4) so as not to damage
seal housings.
03 Place the gaskets support unit on a clean
surface and pull the gaskets out (item 16).

Check the condition of all components,
replacing any that are worn.

• Please note: With each disassembly change
all the O-rings and grease the gaskets with
a silicone grease.
Penetration degree to the ASTM 265-295
standard
• To mount the parts, follow the above steps
exactly but in the reverse order
