Convection
· Use this function for cooking meat, fish and turkey.
· In this mode, hot air is circulated throughout the oven cavity to brown and crisp foods quickly and evenly. The temperature setting will default to 230C,
you may press button to set the different temperature. Temperature: 100C - 230C, with the step 10C .

· For example, to set the pre-heated oven to cook for 20 minutes at 200 °C:
· Press button 8 times to choose convection cooking, press "" button to choose 200 °C
temperature.
· Set cooking time for 20 minutes by pressing "10 " button two times.
· Press " " to start cooking.
Combination cooking
· Turning over the food in the process of combi cooking makes a better cooking effect.
This appliance offers you a choice of three methods of combination cooking.
Option 1 : Convection + Microwave (200°C convection + 50% microwave), display "C-1".
This is ideal for roasting and baking etc.
Option 2 : Grill and Convection (50% grill + 210°C convection), display "C-2".
For fast crisping etc.
Option 3 : Grill and Microwave (50% grill + 50% microwave), display "C-3".
For fast grilling etc.
Example : Cooking food using option 3 for 30 minutes.
· Press button 11 times to select "C-3".
· Set cooking time for 30 minutes by pressing "10 " button 3 times.
· Press " " to start cooking.
Grill
· Grill is used for grilling thin slice of meat, as beef, pork, skewered meat sausage, chicken wings, etc. This function is also applicable for sandwiches and
makes the food golden, crisp and fragrant.
G1 85 % grill power.
· In the process of grill, turn over the food to make a better effect.
· For example, to grill food with Grill menu for 20 minutes:
· Press button 7 times to select G1 mode.
· Set cooking time for 20 minutes by pressing "10 " button two times.
· Press button to start cooking.
