Thermal generator for heating compliant with directives ErP (2009/125/EC) for ecodesign and Labelling
(2010/30/EC) (Heating energy efficiency Class A) for even outdoor installations in places partially protected
with temperatures as low as -5°C (with optional kits down to-15°C). Very high efficiency forced draught sealed
chamber condensing premixed and very low pollution emissions (Energy marking 4 stars according to Directive
92/42 EEC, pollution Class 6 according to standard EN 15502-1). Equipped with a new extra quiet combustion
system (sound power level Lwa 50 dB for model 24H and 49 dB for model 30H) with patented gas-adaptive
technology with double microprocessor of industrial origin to better adapt to use even on old gas mains, with
reduced pressure and mains pressure fluctuations, always guaranteeing the maximum combustion safety.
Runs both with natural gas and LPG without using additional conversion kits. Exclusive heat exchanger-burner
system with easy to service self cooled door, without needing to disassemble the fan unit. Set up to operate
with climatic control sliding temperature by using an outdoor probe (optional) and the modulating remote
control (optional) which thanks to the very high average seasonal efficiency ErP ηs=94% is capable of easily
implementing an “evolved system” in which the boiler and regulation switch to “Class A+ System”. Particularly
suitable for operation in flues requiring “heavy duty” pipes thanks to approval for operation with 50mm diameter
flue outlets. Flue gas check valve provided as per standard for easy connection to pressurised collective flue
systems (e.g. in restructuring), in accordance with regulation UNI 7129. Primary exchanger consisting of a
single stainless steel coil with enlarged passes (the largest in the category), to guarantee durability and reduced
maintenance. Reinforced control box with large passages for the electrical connections secured on hinges
with possible drop leaf opening, electrical protection rating IPX5D. DHW production combined with storage
tank (optional), 3-way valve as per standard in boiler. Fitted with circulator for low consumption high efficiency
modulating heating. Microprocessor digital boiler control and regulation system, adjustment keys and user
interface display. Heating operating pressure: 3 bar (max) - 0.8 bar (min). Heating expansion vessel capacity 8
litres (mod. 24H) and 10 litres (mod. 30H). Safety valve on return of heating circuit, calibrated at 3 bar. Double
sensitive element delivery sensor with regulation and safety function. Control of delivery-return T also thanks
to the presence of the heating return temperature sensor. Flue gas temperature sensor to protect flue gas
outlets in PPS. Water pressure switch calibrated at 0.8 bar and pressure gauge easily accessible and integrated
at the bottom of the boiler. Hydraulic fittings covered by the boiler casing. Heating pump anti-seize protection.
Hydraulic bypass. Effective output in heating mode (LCV at T 80-60°C) equal to 24.0 kW for model 24H and
30.0 kW for model 30H. Modulating heat output with continuity in the entire operating range (from 4.9 kW to
24.0 kW model 24H and from 6.3 kW to 30.0 kW model 30H, at T=80-60°C). Useful thermal efficiency mod.
24H: at T = 80-60°C equal to 98.1% at Pmax and to 98.0% at Pmin, at T = 50-30°C equal to 106.1% at Pmax
and to 107.5% at Pmin; at reduced load (30% Pmax) equal to 109.7%.
Useful thermal efficiency mod. 30H: at T = 80-60°C equal to 97.9% at Pmax and to 98.0% at Pmin, at T =
50-30°C equal to 106.1% at Pmax and to 107.5% at Pmin; at reduced load (30% Pmax) equal to 109.5%.
