• after the time has passed, remove the solution from the device along with the
exfoliated parts of the salt coating;
• if it is difficult to remove plaque - use a special brush for the base of the humidifier (if
this is not supplied, you can use a toothbrush). For the tank - pour 0.5-1 cups of dry
rice into cold water or a cooled citric acid solution and shake until the plaque is peeled
off;
• rinse all internal parts of the device with cool water;
• use a humidifier as usual after the procedure.
