OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the
instruction book carefully.
1. ON/OFF SWITCH (SEE FIG. A)
When turning on the power tool, push the side switch
of driving lever to “I” position.
For turning off the power tool, please push the side
switch of driving lever to “O” position.
Note: Make sure the side switch of driving lever is at
“O” position when the machine is plugged in.
2. SPINDLE LOCK BUTTON
The spindle lock button is only used for replacement of
abrasive tools. Do not press the lock button when the
machine is in operation.
3. FITTING THE DISCS (SEE FIG. B)
Mount the inner ange on the spindle and x it on the
two shoulders of the spindle. Place the grinding disc
on the inner ange and screw the outer ange onto
the spindle. Press the spindle lock button while turning
the grinding disc at the same time until the spindle is
locked tightly; then tighten the outer ange with the
accompanying spanner to fasten the grinding disc.
Insert two bumps of the spanner into the outer ange
holes to tighten the outer ange. Turn the grinding
disc to check whether it is locked. Run for 30 seconds
without load and check whether there is large vibration
or falling off of the grinding disc. To disassemble the
grinding disc, please reverse the steps above.
4. ADJUSTING OUTER FLANGE CLAMPING
(SEE FIG. C1, C2)
It is needed to adjust the outer ange clamping to t
the different thicknesses of the abrasive disc and the
blade. If a thinner blade or a diamond blade is used,
the protruding side of the outer ange should be placed
outward (See Fig. C2). If a thicker abrasive disc is used,
the protruding side of the outer ange should be placed
towards the abrasive disc (See Fig. C1). Make sure the
grinding disc/blade is xed.
5. ADJUSTING THE PROTECTION GUARD
Put the shield behind the slot of the spindle collar and
screw it to the desired operation position. Tighten the
