2.6Work with the touch-screen

Technique

There are several ways to use the main screen to display

the menus and applications.

Short-Touch

If you want to use the onscreen keyboard, or select an

application from the Home screen, you just touch the

screen with your nger.

Scroll

Scroll through this short nger motion across the

screenin avertical or horizontal direction. Theimageis

moved to the nger movements and displaysinforma-

tions before a hidden o-screen (if suchinformationis

available).

Press

Place your nger on theicons and hold your nger on

the screen. After 1, 2 seconds icon can be moved to

another position.

Rotation

Rotate the device clockwise/counter-clockwise, and the

screen orientation changes.

The main screen appears as shownin Figure 2-4below.

Onit applicationicons, shortcuts, folders and widgets

are located.May set the wallpaper of your choice.
