To avoid occurrence of a flammable gas
mixture in case of leakage of refrigerant the
size of the room in which the appliance may
be used must be bigger then minimal
allowed size, depending on the amount of
used refrigerant. The room must be at least
1 m² for every 8g of R600a refrigerant used
in the appliance. The amount of used
refrigerant is indicated on the label inside
the fridge compartment.
Never turn on the appliance showing any
signs of damage. If in doubt, consult
your dealer.
Isobutane (R600a) is an
environmental-friendly natural gas,
but it is flammable.
When transporting and installing the
appliance, care should be taken to ensure
that no parts of the refrigerating circuit
are damaged. Leaking refrigerant can
ignite or cause eye injuries. If gas leakage
is detected, remove from the room any
open flames or potential sources of fire
and ventilate the room for several
minutes.
