2.6 Description of mechanism
For ACE model:
Compressed air from the compressor enters the radiator (3) via the air line, where it is
cooled by the fan (2) with electric drive, which is switched on via the motor starter (8). The
cooled air from the radiator is fed into the cyclone separator (4), where the air is dried by
removal of moisture. From the cyclone separator, the compressed air enters the distributing
header (5), from where it can be supplied to 3 consumers simultaneously.
For ACP model:
Compressed air from the compressor enters the radiator (3) via the air line, where it is
cooled by the fan (2) with pneumatic drive (1). The fan speed is set using a pressure
regulator on the air-preparation unit. The cooled air from the radiator is fed into the cyclone
separator (4), where the air is dried by removal of moisture. From the cyclone separator,
the compressed air enters the distributing header (5), from where it can be supplied to 3
consumers simultaneously, as well as to the pneumatic motor (1) via the air-preparation
unit (6). In the air-preparation unit, oil is added to reduce wear of the pneumatic motor’s
moving components and additional condensate is removed.
