3. Start up

3.1 Safety check

Visually inspect for damages to packaging, and if there are no damages, then place the unit

near the site chosen for installation and unpack the unit. Equipment must only be moved

using the appropriate handling devices or hoisters.

Equipment must not be manually lifted or moved. Even when packaged, store the equipment

in a place shielded from weather conditions.

Handle with care. Heavy impacts (bumps and falls) may cause irreparable damage.

The presence of dents, chips and other damages may invalidate

the warranty.

3.2 Installation

It is strongly recommended to ll the device with clean water at

least 24h (we recommend to ll water into cartridge 1 day before in-

stallation/service) before you start to drain condensate into the se-

parator. If you start to drain condensate into an empty device, lter

element can get saturated instantly or efciency may be decreased.

1. Unpack the device

2. It is recommended to place the device near the wall. Test valve is located on front side of

the device.

3. Make sure that you have easy access to the front side of the device.

4. Take both bags (carbon and polypropylene) out and remove protection foil from both lter

bags. Then put the cartridge back in the device.

5. Make sure that white lter element is inserted in chamber 1 and carbon lter element is

inserted in chamber 2.

6. ill the device with clean water!

7. Connect device to the system.

8. Outlet must be connected to the sewage system.
