Basic information and functions IEN Pressing the Menu button on the home screen will display the main menu and list of all apps installed on the phone 3 4 Locking and switching off the display The duration after which the display is switched off can be configured under Settings Display Sleep mode The LCD display will switch off Pressing the Power button shortly will switch the display back on again If the Power button is not pressed within 5 seconds after the display is switched off the screen will lock There are 5 different ways how to unlock the screen depending on the configuration under Settings Security Screen lock No lock is set by default 3 5 Using the touch keyboard The on screen keyboard is used to enter text Some apps open the keyboard automatically In other cases touch the text field where you wish to enter text The keyboard will then open on the screen If you wish to use third party input methods you must first activate this option under Settings Language input Long pressing the text field will display options for entering text 3 6 Notification bar The notification status bar is found in the top part of every screen It contains notifications icons on the left side phone status icons on the right side programmes running in the background and the current time Notification icons Status icons EN 25 Copyright 2Ü13 Fast OR a s Revision 09 2013
