Phone and the Android system B EN 3 2 Contacts You can make a call via the Phone application People application FT or other applications or widgets which show contact information Whenever a phone number is shown in most cases gou can tap the number and dial the number The contact interface can be divided into the following screens with tabs Groups Call groups created bg the user Contacts Oisplags the list of contacts Favourites Displags freguentlg called numbers All of gour contacts are shown in a scrolling list in alphabetical order Swipe gour finger up and down to move rhrough the list quickly Adding a new contact 1 In the People application tap the icon for adding contacts H in the bottom right corner of the screen 2 Setect the memory to which the contact is to be saved 3 Enter atl contact information Swipe your finger up and move to the next fields or tap Next 4 Tap the TOMI iron to save the contact Removing contacts I In the People application tap Menu and select Remove contact 2 Tap the contacts that are to be removed and select OK Edit contact information 1 In the People application tap the contact whose information is to be edited 2 Tap Menu and select Edit 3 Edit the contact information Search contacts 1 In the People application tap the magnifying glass sgmbol H 2 Enter a keyword that is contained in the name of the contact you are looking for The phone automatically shows all corresponding contacts Adding a contact to Favourites From the list of contacts tap the contact to be added to your favourites and then tap the star B in the top right comer to add the contact to Favourites Only contacts stored in the phone can be added to favourites Creating a group oF contacts When you create a group of contacts youcan manage several contacts and send a message to the entire group 1 In the People application tap the 1 tab Groups 2 Tap J in the bottom part of the screen 3 Select the memory to which the contact is to be saved 4 Enter the group name and contact name or tap Bl to select the contacts that arc to bo added to the group Then tap the icon 5 Press Menu and tap on Edit to add members to the group 6 Tap the H icon Accounts Depending on the applications you have installed on your phone you can synchronize contact information between several Google accounts Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync service accounts or other types of accounts In the People application tap Menu and select Accounts Import export contacts I In the People application tap Menu and select Import export 2 You can select your Google account SIM card Phone contact Phone storage and SD card Sharing contacts Contacts can be shared with others 1 In the People application tap the contact whose information is to be shared 2 Tap the Menu button and then select Share 3 Select the application that is to be used for sharing Bluetooth E mail Gmail MMS SMS and SD card EN17 Copjnght 2014 Fast OR a s Revision 07 2014
