Perforated disc set MUZ45LS1
3 and 6 mm Ø perforated discs for producing
fine and coarse results.
Fancy biscuit attachment MUZ45SV1
For 4 different shapes of fancy biscuit.
Separate the shaped dough coming out of
the appliance with a pastry cutter. Switch off
the mincer briefly if the dough comes out too
quickly.
Grater attachment MUZ45RV1
For grinding nuts, almonds and making
breadcrumbs.
Add only a small amount of nuts and
almonds at a time.
Purée attachment MUZ45FV1
For puréeing soft fruit, tomatoes, apples, pears
or rosehips. Do not use for puréeing fruit that
contains pips the same size as the holes in
the housing of the purée attachment
(e.g. raspberries).
Slacken the adjusting screw (1) just enough
initially so that there is still sufficient moisture
in the pomace etc. (solid elements) for it to
flow out.
Slowly tighten the adjusting screw until juice
and pomace etc. come out in the desired
consistency.
If the pomace etc. is too moist, put it through
the purée attachment once more.
Troubleshooting
Fault
Appliance switches off.
Cause
Appliance overloaded, e.g. mincer blocked.
Remedial action
Switch off appliance.
Pull out plug.
Eleminate cause.
Insert plug.
Switch on appliance again.
